EMPLOYER FAQ
What is a contingency fee?Are your searches backed by a guarantee? What sectors do you serve?Who are some of your clients? Is there a way we can speed up the search process? Can I post a job on your website? How long do direct hire searches usually take? How can I obtain more information about your company and the services you provide?
A. When you engage PNP to conduct a search for your organization, you pay a fee when one of the job seekers we have recruited for you accepts your offer of employment and becomes an employee of your organization. PNP's contingency searches are conducted with a reach that is as far and as wide as most retained searches and offers you a highly successful and affordable way to hire mid-level and executive staff. Remember, you pay the contingency fee only after the desired result occurs.
